Origin of materials

At ZonneHout, I believe that beautiful products start with good materials and honest choices.

That's why I work as much as possible with Dutch and European suppliers who value quality, safety, and sustainability.

The wood is purchased through a local Dutch supplier. The wood itself comes from Europe and is selected for quality, appearance, and workability.

For the lighting, I use carefully selected components that comply with applicable European safety standards.

The paints, stains, and finishes used are chosen with an eye for safety and suitability for use in a child's room.

For packaging too, conscious choices are made for quality materials and, where possible, suppliers close to home.

From design to painting and from assembly to quality control: every product is handmade in my own workshop.
